It was an amazing experience that I would recommend to everyone that wants to explore Portugal by motorcycle. Paulo is very friendly and provides you a bike that is a lot of fun to drive. He is very professional and knows wonderful spots that he shows on his tours. I will come back next year.

Well it’s plain and simple, an unbelievable experience! I did the beaches beaches and endless beaches that you sit there and think there are places in this world that are majestic! We cruised beaches notably Nazaré but every little stop before and after you end up leaving that spot saying WOW! Then I did a 2 day private tour from Alcobaca all the way to Spain and it’s vecinity it was absolutely WOW! We rode through villages, farms, and of course the best endless mountains with so many twist and turns that I can’t even explain. Think about this, Paulo the owner and tour guide of Ride Portugal Moto, a Montréal born Portuguese came back to his country some years back to combine his love for riding and his passion for sharing the beauties of his country. That is exactly what we look for as riders in a foreign country. You can tell he has studied many places you will not be disappointed. Great bikes and really helpful advice with routes. You tell Paolo what you want to see and you’ll get multiple destinations & the best way to get there. Curves/beaches/mountains he’s got an incredible knowledge of the area, something you only learn by doing it all yourself first. I’m pickier than I should be but from the tires, to condition of the bikes, to the places he sent me, I could not be happier. Brought my own gear but he’d have everything you need if you showed up empty-handed too. *The* place to go for both rentals and a genuine experience of a beautiful country. Got more out of 2 and 1/2 days of riding here than a year back home.

We rented a motorcycle from Ride Portugal Moto and had a fantastic experience. The bike was in excellent condition, the booking process was easy, and Paulo was super helpful — even offering local riding tips and route suggestions, even though we didn’t join a tour. Equal parts road captain, storyteller, and safety guru, he made the group feel like a tight-knit crew. He’s knowledge of the area, history, and riding routes added depth to every mile. One moment that stands out: cresting a ridge just as the sun dipped below the horizon, Paulo had timed it perfectly. We parked for photos, but honestly, no picture could capture the feeling of that moment. I can’t recommend this tour enough.
