We had some car troubles and they were able to provide a fine car for a few days within a few hours of me calling them. Which is nice. What makes it it a 5* experience was the flexibility. It was easy to extend the rental via the phone (so I didn't have to go to Bled) and even arrange a one way rental. Make sure to call ahead of time, them since it is a small city office. It wasn't cheap but I didn't expect it to be on such a short term

Reserved a compact car but was "upgraded" to an SUV. While I would have preferred a smaller car, the car we received was pretty good and was easy to drive. The office was closed at the drop-off time. On calling the number on the door, I was told to leave the keys at the pizzeria nearby. This is not an ideal situation as you are not present for the inspection of the returned car. The €400 deposit was returned within a few days.

We had to put down 850 euros for a deposit for 2 days - which is not stated anywhere on the website. The man at the office said it would take 1-2 days to receive the deposit back once we returned the car, but it took 2 weeks and a number of follow-up phone calls - this seemed a bit dodgy. Customer service was poor - we had to call when we arrived as no-one was in (despite being in the office hours), and the same when we returned the car. The 'drop-box' where we returned the keys was just a window. The car we got was not the one we ordered - it was quite a bit bigger. That said, the car was good. The whole process just seemed a bit dodgy.

Do not recommend this agency. It has been said to me by the person working there I should call 20minutes before arriving (after the office hours), which is what I did but unfortunately I still had to wait 20 more minutes by 5 degrees at 9:30pm. Then, the car which has been provided to me was not the one I rented online. caution was 850 euros, and when I gave back the car, I asked when it would be returned : he said 1 week. 10 days after, I called because still nothing and he said to me money was on the way back. Finally, I received my caution only 1 month after. I mean, I have nothing against receiving the caution after 1 month, BUT DON’T LIE TO PEOPLE, they might need money to live! I put 2 stars because I got a car, and my caution back. But removing 1 star for lying about returning of caution, 1 star for the 20 minutes delay when you said to call before which I did, and 1 star for not having the car I first rented online. To be honest that was very stressful but I would recommend if possible to rent a car in another agency, even if it is a bit more expensive, but if it can avoids you stress then it is already a good thing!

Terrible experience renting from Europcar Bled. I was charged €651 for the two smallest patches of worn off paint on the rear of the car. I picked up a rental car shortly after this from Enterprise whilst still in mainland Europe where I had a much better experience and they said they would never charge for such a small amount of wear and tear. Similar to other reviews about the Bled Office, had to call and wait for someone to come for car pick up even though it was at the agreed time. I will never rent with Europcar again and suggest others do the same. Enterprise offer a much better service and I would even go with lesser known companies rather than Europcar folllowing this experience.
