Found idealRENT on google and seeing the positive reviews. After I sent the request, Dejan replied straight away with an offer of what was available and it was a seamless service from then. Dejan was able to drop the car at our accommodation, there was complete transparency, no hidden costs and a very friendly service. The car was had no faults and we were able to organise dropping the car off at Lesce train station so we could take the train to Ljubljana. I felt very safe and secure using this service. Amazing experience hiring a car from IdealRent during our time in Slovenia. The communication was excellent throughout and it was super convenient as they were able to deliver the car to our accommodation in Bled and we could drop off at the train station after. The car itself was very new and we even got an upgraded model vs. what we booked. Great for exploring the mountains and handling the steep roads around the Vrśič Pass. I came into Bled Lake on a Sunday morning with zero car rental lined up. And after reading all the amazing reviews on ideal rent a car I went right to the main office. It was closed as everything is in Bled on a Sunday except restaurants. I called the number on the door. Dejan picked the phone. I asked Dejan if he had a car (Bled is BUSY!!!). I told Dejan I needed a car the next day, something that can cross borders, and automatic, I'll pick it up the next day. I asked for every insurance possible. Well, Dejan went to work... Called me. All he cars are out but a great VW coming back in the evening and he could drop it off at the hotel while I slept. It's took less than 4 minutes for Dejan to get a WhatsApp message to me with everything I wanted and a price. Unreal! Sure enough, I wake up in the morning and I have a WhatApp message of the car parked in the hotel lot and where to find the key. The VW automatic rental was a STAR! It's an awesome car to drive on the 100s of switchbacks climbing and going down the mountains. I can't recommend idaelRENT enough and Dejan is AMAZING! The price? It's the cheapest in town. I did my homework before I left Canada but didn't think I'd rent a car here. Changed my mind in arrival. idealRENT is SURPERB 5/5, 10/10, 100/100. Take your pick. Book with these guys! Zero hassle, zero games selling more, you get everything included up front and the coat is amazingly cheap for a fantastic car.
