The best company to rent BMW motorcycles in Bilbao and good treatment to customers

My experience with Travelbike has been 100% satisfactory in terms of ease and service. Absolutely no complaints...no problems ordering or booking the bike, and no issues picking it up or dropping it off. I'm simply grateful for how easy and straightforward everything was. I picked up and dropped off the bike in Bilbao. It was quick and easy, both by phone and with the person in charge of pickup and delivery (Idoia). Thank you. My experience: I'd definitely use them again.

I rented a BMW GS 850, and it was pretty good, just one minor issue: the seat couldn't be lowered, as I was told. Otherwise, everything was fine. I picked it up in Bilbao, and Arri, the workshop manager, gave me excellent service. A perfect 10! 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Good quality bikes to rest once in Northern Spain, possibly the only choice? Pick up was super slow as the guy helping us on the day was useless. It took us 50min to get the bike, had I been with a group that needed 5 bikes, we would have needed an extra day on the trip. Otherwise, online booking and subsequent comms were good, bikes were latest bmw, also perfect.

The Bilbao representative was very friendly and helpful, but the service from Travelbike was quite poor. The bikes were changed at the last minute for the representative, with no preparation time, and the tanks weren't cleaned or filled. The tires were square, the helmet sizes were incorrect, the intercoms (paid for as an extra) didn't work, there was no support during the trip, and worst of all, no intention of resolving the customer's problems or at least apologizing or compensating afterward for the unsatisfactory services. And this despite the fact that their rental prices for bikes and equipment aren't exactly cheap (more than double that of BMW itself, which has much newer bikes). If you're planning a trip by renting a motorcycle, you'd be better off looking for other options. Edited after the owner's response: - This isn't a fake review; I'm providing additional information. - We charged half of a fabricated and completely disproportionate amount, based on a made-up quote with incorrect references. - I've attached photos of squared-off tires and your own rental report to prove that the motorcycles weren't perfect, clean, properly prepared, or had a full tank. - The helmets were rented, as we discussed, via intercom because we have regular helmets. However, they arrived without instructions, without charging (unusable on the first day), and one of them didn't work even after charging. I've attached a breakdown of the rental cost per person (yes, there is a cost). - We informed you of the deficiencies on the first day of the rental, both by message and phone call (it was still a Friday, a working day), but we didn't hear from you all weekend. - Instead of focusing on responding to reviews, you should try to solve your customers' problems and improve your services.
