I already reserved 7 Motorcycles in March 2023 & the bikes was very very good condition, plus the service was excellent, for sure I will deal with this company again in near future

Had great experience renting from this business. They accommodated me at the last minute, and spent time explaining the features of the F750GS that I rented and toured Spain on. Bike was maintained well and I had no issues with its performance and reliability. Would repeat for next time

The best place to rent a bike from in EU. The service is efficient and flawless, and the bikes were delivered clean, well serviced and full tank. Very friendly and professional staff, led by a fantastic manager, she even gave me a copy of Route66 book as a gift which I enjoyed very much. Our bikes tour in Spain and Portugal was a success and we will definitely come back and make Travelbike Madrid our only destination next time. Highly recommended. Thank you 🙏🏻

I had the best experience with travel bike. Fast and very god support for all my questions. I wanted to travel to Marokko and the arranged all the paperwork on short notice. The bike had 5000kms and was perfect. When I wanted to rent longer it was no problem. So I extended my stay in Marokko for at least a week. After two weeks I came back two days earlier then expected. After asking for a refund it was all arranged within two days. I would recommend this company for sure! Professional, Nice and fair!

I do not recommend this rental company. It started in february 2020, we booked and paid 25% of price for 3 BMW bikes. When covid started we canceled the reservation but they did not return our money even we asked and canceled for free more than 60 days before. After that time we heard just lies, covid voucher 2020, covid voucher 2021. They did not answer in 2022. So they stolen 588€ without any problem. Do not send to them any single euro, you will not see bikes or your money back. If someone need more info i will provide you any detail.
