The motorbike experience truly exceeded our expectations. We stayed two nights with Greg and Daisy in their newly finished apartment which was spotless, super comfortable, and fully equipped. Greg and Daisy made us feel very welcome. You could really feel the love they put into the place, and it smelled amazing (we’re still wondering what laundry detergent they use). Greg shared a beautiful motorbike route through the rugged Picos with scenic views and authentic little villages for drink stops. I'm not a motorcycle rider myself, but even as a passenger, I had a fantastic time hopping on the back! We'd definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again!

An amazing couple of days for Nigel out on the twisting roads and trails with Greg who has an amazing knowledge about the local area, culture and nature. He renewed a passion in riding he has not had for a few years and might well restart again. The Rider's Retreat is great accomodation in peace and nature and is perfectly equipped. Was walking in the Picos for a week and passed some people on motorcycles on an offroad path. A day later I started looking to rent one myself and came out with Mountain Dog Motorcycles. I rented one for 2 days and had the best time of my life. Very friendly, honest and correct owner who gave me a lot of tips, routes and recommendations to go to. Also very nice bikes to drive around here. The roads and views we’re stunning and breathtaking. If i ever come back here, i would immediately rent one again! Very good and memorable experience. Greg’s local knowledge ensured that each ride was safe and enjoyable, with backup plans in place for any unexpected situations. The apartment- built by Greg himself- is comfortable, well stocked and comes complete with gorgeous views and the sounds of a bubbling brook. We had perfect opportunities to mix our adventure with relaxing comfort (champagne and hot tub anyone) and the privacy to have quality time with each other’s company on our anniversary vacation. Greg exceeded our expectations and that was BEFORE he took us “glamping” which included a tent complete with full size bed, electricity and unobstructed ocean front views. And I can’t forget the food and beverages!! Greg’s knowledge of the area brought us to most of the best meals we had in Spain! From generational family owned and operated mountain establishments, to fine dining and coastal cafes. We also had the opportunity to experience and taste wines and unique alcohols to the area. Don’t miss drinking “sidra,” or cider, like a local!! Overall, Greg and Daisy at Mountain Dog Motorcycle Tours offers a meticulously crafted and unforgettable riding experience.
