Pedro was very friendly and efficient. We arrived and drove off with an upgraded car within 10 minutes. He explained everything clearly and how to drop the car off out of hours. Would definitely use again.

I had a good experience with Alamo. The girl at the Alamo office was very friendly and helpful. She spoke perfect English as my Spanish is terrible so that was incredibly helpful. Overall a good price which was upfront so no surprises. Not the cheapest from the start but very few, if any, surprise fees and charges. Very much recommend. I will use Alamo in Spain again.

All round great experience. Martina was so very helpful and welcoming upon arrival - everything totally smooth and quick. Kristina equally as helpful when dropping off the car. Due to bad experiences with other car hire companies, we were keen to do the checkout in person and Kristina assisted with this despite being the only person on the desk with an inbound flight due. Thank you very much for a wholly smooth journey, highly recommended!

Worst car service ever. We had a booking with them and they told us they have no cars available, so we need to come back 30min later. After 30minutes passed we were told once more that there are no cars available and we need to wait even more because they still don’t have cars. After asking why they give out cars to people who speak spanish they told us that they only give out cars to people who have prepaid. As we selected “pay at register” we were not given a car.
