OK Mobility - Aeropuerto Santander

This was my third visit to OK Mobility SDR. This time I rented a vehicle for 10 days and had a great time. The staff here are very considerate and particular thanks this time to Alejandro, he has a caring approach, great knowledge of the car fleet and a deep knowledge of the automotive industry and it was so interesting to talk with him. Ines and Zulema were also helpful and delightful as always. It's certainly more relaxing to rent a car here compared with some other places I've experienced and would recommend this branch.

Great rental with outstanding customer service. Alberto helped me picking up the car and also returning it, he was very friendly and super helpful. My credit card wasn't working as it was de-activated but he politely waited while I called the bank and helped me get the car. I also had no issues while returning the car where he also helped close the rental contract.

All went perfectly well from the very kind and professional reception and car pick-up until the return of the vehicle. The only question I had was the 300 km limit per day that if rented for a longer time counts by days, but the staff member explained it perfectly clear - if you have a car rented for 7 days, you’ve got a limit of 2100km and you can distribute that any way you want.

The staff working at the Santander airport were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was straightforward, and there were no hiccups or issues whatsoever. The car itself did come with some big scratches from previous renters, but they assured me it was already registered and I shouldn't worry about it. Giving back the keys was super easy, even if it was the first of January. Also kind with my two daughters.

I’ve tried all the car hire facilities at Santander Airport over the years but OKMobility is now the only one I will use - the customer service has never been anything but perfect, very friendly, communicative and although they speak English, they are very supportive with my efforts to learn Spanish. I find the process very fast and have never been disappointed with the cars. Thanks to the team for their continued service!
