Part of the Gear changer rod snapped on my VN 900 I needed it sorted as I was on holiday and due to leave in 2days Was quoted 2 Weeks by someone else. Spoke to these guys was sorted the next day got the bike too them a 9am repaired by 11am Many thanks Dave

Tom.is a very nice man, Alex.is always a pleasure too. This place knows its stuff, makes a change for sales to have an around knowledge of machines,impressive. They have moved to roundswell which I knew about only recently and had to get them to tell me where , Google is not showing the up to date info. I cannot fault this company, they are brilliant 👏

As a motorcyclists of mature years I rely on people to fix and mend my motorcycles I would like to say thank you to Alex Buckingham motorcyclists for helping me out and providing me with a new rear tire to my triumph motorcycle. I rang up on the evening before the work was carried out and by midday the next day the work was completed. I'm very happy with the work and I shall be returning to Buckingham motorcycles in the future. I found the work very professional and value for money see you next time Graham , Triumph T120.

I have used Alex's shop and mechanics now for sometime. I can honestly say that they're without doubt outstanding. Their instructors are amazing and I can say this with experience, nothing is too much trouble. They fit you in asap with a full breakdown of what was wrong and what needed doing. I would highly recommend them too any new rider or, or as a repair garage.

Bought a cheap shark helmet from you a year or two ago at most, upon taking it apart I found that the manufactor date was from the 21st January 2015!! It would have been 8 years old when I bought it! This is not safe and I hope it was just a one off. Check your stock for out of date helmets and destroy them immediately, you should not just prioritise profit but focus on the safety of your customers too. Also, change the battery in your damn smoke detector if you haven't already. Good day
