Excellant service from start to end. All the staff were friendly and professional with excellant customer care skills. Would highly recommend. I was hired a like for like with size to my car and was provided with a 75 plate Kia Sportage. Very nice car.

From the moment he phoned me to verify my reservation to the moment he wished me goodbye at the end of my rental, Sidney (I hope I've spelt his name correctly) provided the most professional, smooth, and slick customer service experience I have had in memory. I previously had no opinion of Enterprise, nor really of any other car hire service, but if all Enterprise staff are as good as Sidney (or if all staff at any company are as good as Sidney for that matter) then I will be a loyal customer for life. I regret not saying this to Sidney when I dropped off the car as he really was so impressive that he deserved to be told it to his face, but he has serious talent and would be an asset to any team or company.
