Great service and experience with Scoot. Ash was brilliant with us. Dropped the scooter off so we didn't have to collect it. Very helpful and understanding when talking us through how the scooter worked. Would definitely recommend and the next time I holiday in North Wales I'll be hiring again from Scoot!

Rang to ask about servicing, the rude person who answered the phone promptly put the phone down when I asked if they did services he said said no we dont and promptly put the phone down manners cost nothing how rude you are so you lost out on 2 hires for the week as our scooters both need servicing
