Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Macclesfield

Great service from the team at Macclesfield. Had a van booked and there was an issue (not their fault) meaning it was not available that they resolved immediately. Charlie, Fez and the team went out of their way to provide a super quick and friendly service. Super recommended and will be going directly to the team for my next van or car hire

I wanted to leave this review for Enterprise Macclesfield as I can't remember the last time I received such a good service. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, professional and approachable. I had to swap my first hire car for another hire on one of the days and this was done within minutes of me arriving at their branch. Such a good service. Many thanks

Renting a vehicle from Enterprise Macclesfield was the worst vehicle rental experience I've ever had. I arrived after my scheduled pickup time to find the one staff member on duty helping another customer - this took half an hour. After this, I was told that they tried to phone me about modifying my booking, but they couldn't get through. I had no missed calls, and I'm unsure why they didn't at this point send an email. I was then told it would be a further half hour for my car to be ready, so I waited, and the car still wasn't available. After some back and forth (including the staff member accusing me of getting the booking time wrong), I was provided with a vehicle which was not the vehicle that I booked, and had no fuel. This was almost two hours after the booked pickup time. At the time of writing this review, I have not been compensated for the incredibly poor service that I received, or for the fuel that I had to pay for. This service was appallingly bad, and I won't be renting through Enterprise again.

Awful, did the online booking, arrived next day to find no van available. Luckily Cheshire Van Hire sorted us out they were cheaper & the excess more reasonable. I'd go there any day, don't bother with Enterprise.
