Erik Bezila has done it again ! Bought a kx450 on a fantastic deal 3 months ago and now here buying a bike for my son. If you want a good experience along with a new relationship to follow Erik is the man to talk too ! I agree with the other dozen one star reviews here. This is one of those dealerships where they ignore you when you walk in and the 30 minutes you’re wondering around looking at $30k GSAs to buy. There were plenty of employees talking to one another but apparently can’t ask a customer if they have been helped or want to look at anything. The same can be said for RideNow Powersports. They are the same building. I walked out after no one approached me and will be happy to take my money elsewhere. Edit: First I would like to start by saying that I am changing my previous review rating because circumstances would have it that I got a heck of a deal on a ‘25 end of year model because they were the only dealership within 300 miles that had the spec bike I wanted. I changed the 1 star rating to a 5 star rating because Aaron (sales) and Erik (floor manager) did what I asked them to do and delivered on their promises so far. I also wanted to highlight Tao (BMW service) as an exceptional employee with great customer service skills and the knowledge and dedication to get your ride serviced conveniently and efficiently. I can’t say enough about the guy. He gave me his contact card when I purchased the bike and told me to text anytime I had any questions. I texted him for my initial 600 mile service on Thursday morning and he promptly called me soon thereafter to schedule the service for the following Monday morning. He took the bike right on time at 9 am when they opened and rolled it out about 2 hours later complete. He then took the time and helped me reconnect my headset to the bike after some issues between the phone and Cardo app. Pay this guy well and make sure you keep him. I will keep bringing my GSA in here for service as long as Tao is there to watch over it. From what I was told, this location is under new management which I have to believe is why there was such a drastic difference from my first visit. Even when sitting and waiting on my bike this morning I was engaged by several nice employees who actually acknowledged a customer and at least said hello. Again, quite the difference from my initial visit. I can now feel confident recommending these three guys at least for a good experience in sales and service of a BMW motorcycle. Ask for them.

I purchased a used Buddy 125 from them last year and it’s been a fantastic experience ever since. Gilbert walked me through every detail, and Greg and the crew always provide fast, top-notch service. Truly a great business with great people.
