DME Scooters and More is hands down the BEST company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with; everyone has been so helpful. Zach has gone over and beyond repeatedly to help me through the process of getting my custom wheelchair and has been wonderful with helping me get adjustments or repairs since I got my chair. I have EDS and absolutely love my Ki Ethos! Due to deterioration in my condition I am starting the long process of getting a power wheelchair approved through insurance, and I am incredibly blessed to have DME Scooters and More to help me with this process. Tyler has also been wonderful and incredibly helpful on the phone or in the office. Andy even allowed me to borrow a chair for a couple months when my chair had a shipping delay and my need for my first wheelchair became urgent. This was an absolute lifesaver for me! My grandmother’s scooter horn was making a long, continuous, aggravating sound, so I brought it in for an assessment. The technician quickly identified the issue and fixed it at no charge, which we truly appreciated. On a separate visit, my grandmother returned to purchase a new scooter, and Zach went above and beyond to help her. He found a qualifying program that allowed her to purchase a new scooter at a discount. I can’t express how grateful we are for the kindness, patience, and genuine care shown to my grandmother. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of mobility equipment or service.

I got my first custom wheelchair from this store a little bit ago. I am serious when I say the BEST experience I have ever had when anything medical in my life. I called knowing nothing about wheelchairs in general, what I could possibly want or what I really needed. I worked with Zach Bevans and he was amazing. He came to my house every single time even with the different wheelchair types. He also spent a lot of time with me to understand my conditions and how they were going to progress so that I got a wheelchair that will fit my needs not for just right now, but for years down the road. He knew what paperwork doctors needed to fill out for insurance and what specifically they needed to write down for the insurance paperwork. Zach did everything in his power to not add anything to my plate knowing that my condition progressing pretty quickly and had a lot of other medical issues that also needed my attention. He set up the PT evaluation and brought his iPad and set up the appointment. He even went to my doctor’s office to give them the paperwork so I didn’t need to worry about it. The process was honestly pretty quick and he tried to make sure that he could get insurance could cover as much as possible. I can’t thank DME scooters and more and Zach Bevans for all the help. My wheelchair is perfect! Seriously, if you need any type of medical mobility aids this is the place!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Scooters and More. First off, when going through an insurance company to get medical equipment it is NEVER easy. It is always a LONG drawn out battle but the dedication that I received from Scooters and More meant the world to my daughter and I. I have NEVER dealt with a DME company who I truly felt like they were "In my corner" the way Scooters and More was. They were willing to fight for my daughter and getting the necessary equipment she needed.
