RoadRunner Scooters

I had not previously considered the genre of an electric scooter as transportation, and now it occupies my thoughts entirely. There is no individual who would not recognize the craftsmanship involved in the Rx7. Even down to the color coordination and proportions it is near perfection. It has completely redefined my perception of what transportation should and could be. There has been no compromise, only significant improvements upon what existed before to move my body around to different job sites. This is truly an engineering masterpiece. Customer service and I did need to make some adjustments, and the customer service was exemplary. This product has far exceeded my expectations in every conceivable way, and I wholeheartedly recommend that you experience an RX7 for yourself. Not just as a toy but they genuinely crafted something practical and useful for everyday circumstances. I am just now crossing the 500 Mi threshold and it really has been flawless through all the crazy circumstances I found myself in. The achievements in this product are unmistakable. I do live in South Florida on the beach but I really don't know if I will ever buy another car haha thank you Roadrunner for all your hard work and inspired thinking. Believe me I recognize it. I think this product is one of the best bang for the buck opportunities I have ever had in my life and to be totally transparent it may be a little UNDERPRICED for how much you get for once.

*++++++*+EDIT to The edit+*++++++* 8/4/25 THANK YOU ROADRUNNER. MY SCOOTER APPEARS TO HAVE ARRIVED AT RR HQ’s. Sadly I can no longer stand behind RoadRunner Scooters. After roughly 6 total months of riding. 2000 miles of riding. My RS5Max has succumbed to a pothole. Which at the time wiped out the rim of the front motor. Unbeknownst to me the front pivot bolt broke as well. After making necessary repairs. Out of my own pocket. I continued to ride my RS5 Max. One day the scooter stopped operating has not operated since that time. So i begin to investigate why. And I discovered the sheered bolt i was in a complete state of shock. I immediately emailed Tyson at RR scooter. He replied put my RS5 Max in the box. They will contact me. Now a month and half later. I was informed through an Instagram message. That RR support claims I used profane language towards RR support. What a way to inform a customer of an unfounded allegation. I have requested proof to there unfounded claims. Still waiting for a response. If this is how RR chooses to conduct business with a US veteran, who relies on his emotional support vehicle to navigate through life with a pleasant state of mind. Makes ya wonder how they would do you! $$$$EDIT$$$$$ Nothing but high praise, and positive admiration for the entire staff at RoadRunner scooters! Tyson, is a rockstar! I appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at RoadRunner will lead to me being a lifelong ambassador for the RoadRunner brand! THANK YOU!

I purchased a new RS6 and love it. I did have some very squeaky brakes and one other small issue with the wiring harness that Diego fixed and it is perfect now. I greatly appreciate your rockstar customer service ! I recommend these scooters to anyone in the market. They are awesome !

I’ve used the service team at RoadRunner Scooters multiple times for my off-brand scooter, including tire replacement and a charging port repair. Every time, the work has been precise, efficient, and handled with real expertise. What impresses me most is that they treated my scooter with the same care and professionalism as if it were one of their own models. That level of service says a lot about the culture of this company. Honestly, I regret not purchasing a RoadRunner scooter in the first place. When service is this skilled and reliable, it makes a difference. Highly recommend.

Wanna start off by saying how the customer service at this place the second to none. Super helpful guys super knowledgeable about scooters. I live in Colorado so I’m able to get them serviced as well. I currently own every scooter that they carry. My kids love them. My wife loves them and I love them if you’re looking for a scooter and you’re unsure about it get a Roadrunner they’re definitely the best.
