Awesome service! I think I’m going to sound like a bot review because how highly I’m praising them but it’s true well worth It. Reasonable costs the family owned business was at my home with the scooter within an HR for my 8 month pregnant wife who hurt her foot real bad. Highly recommend.

Theresa was so great to work with during an otherwise unpleasant albeit temporary experience of needing a mobility aid. Renting a knee scooter here was easy to reserve online, and Theresa was flexible on scheduling with me on pickup and return. The scooter worked great and helped me while dealing with a foot break.

Rocky Mountain Knee Scooter helped me get a rental I needed for a post op ankle surgery. Was very easy to pick up and drop off. The scooter was in great condition and helped me get around to wherever I needed to go. Didn’t have any issues for the month I had it. Would recommend to anyone in need of one

I broke my ankle right before a work conference, and I was looking for a lnee scooter rental. Theresa answered my online inquiry and had the scooter delivered to the hotel by morning. She made sure it was comfortable and adjusted to my height. She was always available and checked in to make sure I was doing well. Amazing service! 10/10 recommend! Support this local family business!

On Friday, Nov 7, 2025, I went looking for an all-terrain knee scooter as I was having surgery on Nov 12. Rocky Mountain Scooter was recommended so I looked up the number and left a voice mail as well as sending a text. As of December 4, 2025, I have yet to receive a call back. In addition to placing the call/text, I went to the E Ohio Ave, suite unit B, location and it ended up being an apartment complex. I then looked up RMS on Google and it listed 2337 Arapahoe Street, suite 105, which ended up being a private residence. I used google maps for directions. In ended up wasting 2 1/2 hours on a Friday afternoon looking for this place so I could give them money. If RMS has an actual storefront, it must be hidden somewhere, a pop-up or is out of business. I guess I’ll never know since this Company didn’t have the time, effort or consideration to respond to my inquiry. Good luck trying to find this place. It would be my preference to give RMS ZERO stars but I would not be able to post this review. Jackie F.
