Booked the Street Glide ahead of time. Convenient option to check-in and review bike orientation ahead, days before pickup day. The gentleman on the counter was friendly and helpful. He provided great insights on great routes to take on a Motorcycle with beautifully paved roller coaster roads with very little traffic. I took the advice and glad that I did. My wife and I had a fabulous time riding around Maui. If we return to Maui in the future, I will definitely be renting from Eagle Riders again.

I received a last-minute invitation to participate in the 2025 Street Riders United 24th Annual Toys for Tots run. I made several calls to find a rental, and after not hearing back from other shops, I contacted Eagleriders. Their response was first-rate, and customer service was evident from the very beginning. When I visited the shop, the staff was accommodating and professional. The personnel worked with me to arrange a pickup time that fit my schedule. The motorcycle was delivered with a full tank of gas and was well-prepared. I even managed to take a sunset/night ride upcountry before the event, and the bike performed flawlessly thanks to the thorough maintenance it received. I rode nearly 200 miles in 24 hours, traveling from Keihei to Lahaina and around the North Loop, including upcountry riding. I never had any concerns about the machine's performance. Returning the motorcycle was a breeze, and the shop staff was incredibly friendly. I won't hesitate to contact EagleRiders for future needs.

Overall we had a good experience. We rented a Harley Street Glide touring bike and picked it up at Aloha Motorsports. The bike was in good condition, just one loose foot peg. There was a minor computer issue completing the check-in but AT was super friendly and helpful, and got us on our way. We really enjoyed riding on Maui!

First 20 min with the bike I noticed I couldn’t get it into neutral to save my life and when I called he said I could switch bikes but all the street glides are like that so I said nvm. Had a great ride besides the grips falling apart. The next day I went to get food before I had to return the bike and on the way back it threw a check engine like and abs light and went into limp mode. The bike couldn’t make it on flat ground and had to pull onto the side of the road. It was around 90 degrees out on the side of the high way. I started and killed the bike a few times before finally the and light went away after about 10-15 min I was already cutting it close to the return time and this pushed it over. They still charged me a late fee and said the grips disintegrating was normal and they’d have to send the bike in to see if I could get a discount of any spurt for my troubles . Waited almost two weeks with no call so i checked and a manager told me that since I denied a new bike in the beginning that had nothing to do with the problems I had in the end they won’t be covering anything and since I didn’t call and wait for someone to come they won’t cover it even tho the bike had a check engine light when I got back. They expected to me to wait in the side of the highway with my pregnant gf in the 90 degree sun. These were the messages from Eagle rider in the mainland the manger said and it’s out of his hands so nothing on the workers they were all nice but that company doesn’t have good ethics and as a local I wouldn’t suggest there Business to anyone
