Not at all very good. Broken scooters, bad gps, but most of all the payment system is faulty consistently. Some days works, others doesn't work. Yes, called my bank, cleared for travel mode too. Used debit AND credit cards. Terribly complicated service compared to mainland Bird scooters.

DO NOT USE! We used two scooters on vacation. Prices are very expensive, and they continued charging my card multiple times weeks and months after vacation!! Had to report fraud to my bank! SCAMMERS

Terrible scooters! Extremely dangerous, brakes barley work, kick stand kept falling down during the ride, very junky machines, pushing throttle and sometimes it wouldn’t go, plus you have to return them to a Go X parking spot. Don’t waste your money or life on these.

They will charge your card for free rides and find any excuse to charge you more than it says
