Ride was nice with the exception of the app service. System has some glitches to it.

A very fast, convient and easy way to activate the up to 55 mph electric scooter and payment process. It's a great way to get to your destination quickly, Rather than wait of a bus and or ride with the headache of heavy traffic during rus hours in Las Vegas, Nevada!

We had a group of 6 and it was really fun. We get to go around Waikiki without worrying of any accidents because we believe it’s safe because there was enough space for bike lane. Easy to use and we love the attention we got from all the people we pass by, sadly I didn’t got any pictures of us because we had so much fun riding the scooter. I would definitely try this again.

Nightmare company. Illegal to ride these on the sidewalks. Yet app their customers do. Terrorizing pedestrians, especially smaller kids. Company makes no effort to stop this. Scooters are randomly drop them all over blocking the sidewalks as well which is also illegal (see picture). Police are too busy to do anything about it. Company is just taking advantage of the system at the expense of people who live in waikiki. And they don't care because they don't live here and are profiting from it. Absolute nightmare company.

these are terribly expensive to use and a complete rip off. The app is 0 out of 5 stars. If you need to contact someone with a problem, the phone is disconnected, so there is no way to reach someone. I am surprised they are allowed to stay in business.
