Waikiki Mopeds

Definitely one of the best customer service experiences i have EVER had. No exaggeration. Rented a couple of scooters from here for 24 hours to explore the island. One of the scooters got a flat tire after business hours. I left a voicemail for the shop, not expecting them to get the message until open of business, surprisingly the owner called me right back and proceeded to bend over backwards to make it right. He came in to the shop (hours before opening time) and swapped BOTH of our rentals out for ones with a full tank and extended our rental time by another 24 hours! He also hooked us up with a phone holder for the vespa. The owner and his family run this little company and they are doing it right! Very friendly helpful and pleasant to deal with. The scooters were SO much fun and really made our short trip into a memorable adventure. I couldn't possibly recommend waikiki mopeds any higher, their prices would still be good and competitive at 2x the rate, but most importantly they really care about your experience and it shows with everything they do. Support a local company and a cute Hawaiian family. If youre reading this and still trying to decide if you want to try out a moped, this is your sign to go for it! Even if youve never ridden a scooter or motorbike of any kind, its super easy and you wont regret it! Wish i could give 10 stars.

What an incredible experience. The entire staff was friendly helpful. The mopeds are so fun I highly recommend renting them for your trip! My moped got a flat tire after hours so our time was cut short. They opened early for us the next morning to get us new mopeds. Super impressed with the solution and how willing they were to help. You can really tell how great(or terrible) a business is by how they deal with problems and they were amazing. Waikīkī Mopeds made our trip memorable, fun, and stress free. Don’t hesitate to support this family business.

The family is quick and professional! We enjoyed the whole day on scooters wish we jumped on the idea sooner I highly suggest this place !

Amazing day riding mopeds to see the island. Owners are absolutely awesome!! They also have a food truck with smash burgers that we can’t wait to try. Definitely rent from Waikiki Mopeds. You will have an unforgettable experience!!

Had a great time riding the 150cc scooter all over the island. Scooter worked flawlessly and even had a basket on the back for my stuff. Pretty safe riding around, easy to park, and scenic. The family working there was also great. Highly recommended
