Andre was great at giving us the needed information for first time scooter renters and even went so far as to contact a driver so we could get one last minute delivered to our location.

Highklass scooters were amazing! The pricing, customer service and convenience was a 10/10. They pick up and drop off at your hotel which I appreciate because I switched hotels mid-trip and they had no issue picking up from the new hotel. The battery life is good and they're FAST! My mom was able to enjoy vegas and be comfortable at the same time. So many people stopped us saying they wish they would have thought to rent one due to all the walking youd do on the strip. ❤️

Andre assisted me over the phone in trouble shooting a problem with my scooter lift. The lift stopped operating suddenly. I called around looking for answers late at night, no one was available i contacted High-class Scooters and spoke to Andre, who gave me advice to go in to auto zone to ask someone to check my battery connection to the lift and I did just that. And yes he connection was faulty d/t crosion on the connecting prong. It was an easy fix for the auto zone rep and they didn't charge me a dime to correct the problem. I thank Andre for his knowledge, patience and advice 🙏 and I recommend high-class 👏 scooters for your scooter needs

I rented a scooter from this business this past while I was on vacation and I was pleased with my service.
