This place is AWESOME! The shop owner knows his product and can advise you the best solution to fit your wants, needs. I brought a used scooter in to have assessed and he explained to me and checked the codes.. I got 2 new batteries and she is operating now just fine. I plan to go back there and purchase a new scooter soon. Las Vegas Scooter and Lift has my business as long as I am in Las Vegas! Brent James

Purchased a scooter from this awesome business 2 years ago. Very professional and knowledgeable. My back has finally given out to load in truck and went back and Jenny explained everything I needed and ordered the lift for my vehicle and Ian once again did a professional job of installing and explaining the operation. If your not getting your scooter or other physical needs here your wasting your time AAA business.

Mr.Ian is very nice and experienced on product and give customers best suggestions. Like the way they are dealing with customers.

10 out of 10. Needed a new scooter for my sister who lives in Las Vegas, I live in Tennessee. Was apprehensive doing such a 'long distance' deal with little control of outcome. Las Vegas Scooters and Lifts was just a blessing to come across. Jenny was well acquainted with the various products, and helped me purchase the right size etc. Then she, understanding my distance problem, delivered the scooter to my sister and familiarized her with it before leaving. This was service above and beyond the norm. I highly recommend LV Scooters & Lifts.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The employee working during our shopping trip there seemed helpful in the beginning BUT right before we were going to purchase a $3,000. scooter from her I asked her if they price matched and or could any discount be offered due to I was looking on Amazon and the same scooter was $500. cheaper. Her attitude changed from cordial to RUDE! And she told us that we could go to our car and continue our research. We asked her if she was telling us to leave the store and she said YES. She proceeded to say that she doesn’t need us googling in her store and she’s seen it too many times and for us to just leave. So we left and went to another store a couple miles away and purchased a scooter from a much friendlier facility where they appreciated our business.
