When we needed a mobility solution for my father-in-law, a friend in the construction industry strongly recommended United Access. From the moment I called, Joe Spallino answered immediately and promptly offered practical solutions for safely getting from the first floor to the second. Joe was both highly professional and genuinely personable. Because our relative’s mobility was declining, time was of the essence—and Joe understood the urgency. He completed the job in record time. While the Bruno chairlift itself works beautifully, this review is really about the people behind it. United Access and Joe delivered outstanding service from start to finish. This is a five-star team in every sense—and if six stars were an option, they’d deserve them.

Our experience with United Access was unparalleled! Scott is very knowledgeable and had answers to every question whether it was about pricing, warranties or included equipment, (just to name a few) and he always responded to phone calls and emails within a few short hours at the most. Everyone at the company was so pleasant and easy to work with. Our transaction was seamless and Scott was even so kind to deliver the van himself as it was going to a home outside of Las Vegas. If you need a wheelchair van, look no further than United Access. You won’t be disappointed!!

We had an excellent experience with our disabled van rental. From the very beginning, Charmaine was an outstanding communicator. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and even shared her personal number so we could reach her if we needed anything during our trip. She checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well, which we truly appreciated. When our flight was delayed, Charmaine was incredibly supportive, flexible, and generous with our timing. Her understanding and willingness to work with our travel changes made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The van itself was exactly what we needed—reliable, accessible, and comfortable—and the level of service we received went far beyond what we expected. We would absolutely recommend renting from her to anyone in need of an accessible vehicle. Her kindness, communication, and professionalism made all the difference in our trip.

Jeff was amazing—a true lifesaver. The level of customer service he provided was outstanding. We had traveled from LA to Vegas when our lift cable broke, leaving our scooter stuck up on the lift with no way to get it down. Despite it being a busy Friday, Jeff immediately stopped what he was doing, assessed the situation, and came up with a temporary fix. Thanks to him, we were able to use our scooter and enjoy the rest of our vacation. We’re incredibly grateful for his help!

We have had a wonderful pleasure renting with Ability Center since March 2019. All the staff is professional and very nice and thoughtful and Charmaine is our RockStar! She always makes me feel so valued when we call for rentals with great conversation and mainly remembering my name and they have better rental pricing than other places... we checked. So now that we’ve officially moved to Vegas this past June it’s time to purchase a van for my brother and working with Bob has been great, keeping us up to date to locate us a good van at a good price, waiting for it to arrive this week and we wouldn’t choose anywhere else but Ability Center.
