Amazing, prompt service. Yellow Scooter works closely and seamlessly with some of the hotels. In my case with the Horseshoe. My scooter was right at the bell desk when I arrived from the airport. But the service was even better resolving a problem. Scooters are mechanical and mine developed a problem. One call and it was swapped out right away. That is service that counts! The equipment is well-maintained and very comfortable.

During a vacation in Vegas, my sciatica flared up, leaving me barely able to walk. Our hotel had no scooters or wheelchairs available, but suggested Yellow Scooters. I spoke with Jesse over a few calls. He was professional, friendly, and went above and betting get a wheelchair to me within 30 min, enabling us to make our dinner reservation. He even delivered it himself. I was so impressed by him, and beyond grateful for his exceptional customer service! Thanks Jesse!!

My family recently traveled to Las Vegas to see the Backstreet Boys perform at the Sphere. We chose to stay at the Tuscany Suites, and with my father-in-law requiring a mobility scooter, we began our search for a rental company. Our initial attempt with a well-known company proved frustrating. A representative gave my wife a lengthy and impolite explanation for why they would not deliver to our hotel. Fortunately, the staff at the Tuscany Suites recommended Yellow Scooters. I immediately called them, and Jesse answered. He was a stark contrast to our previous experience—professional and helpful. He confirmed they delivered to the Tuscany and recommended the Go-Go 3 scooter, noting its lighter weight and ease of disassembly, which would be ideal for use with rideshares. Jesse's exceptional service continued when I informed him we were leaving very early on our departure day. He proactively refunded our initial payment and suggested we book for only two nights, stating it was unfair to pay for a full day when the scooter would only be used for a few hours. He allowed us to use the scooter for as long as we needed on our last day at no extra charge. Upon our arrival, the scooter was waiting for us with the bellhop, fully equipped with all the requested accessories. Jesse's professionalism and outstanding customer service made him a true asset to his company. I will use Yellow Scooters exclusively for all future mobility scooter rentals in Las Vegas. Throughout our trip, we discovered a few practical tips. We were unable to find any available ADA-compliant Ubers or Lyfts, so we opted for an Uber XL. We learned how to disassemble the scooter by watching a quick YouTube tutorial. With a little practice, we could break it down and reassemble it in a matter of seconds. The scooter's battery life was also impressive. We used it for an entire day on the Strip and later that night on Fremont Street, and it barely lost one bar of power. We had rented a spare battery just in case, but it was never needed. Jesse and Yellow Scooters transformed a potential logistical challenge into a seamless and stress-free part of our vacation. I highly recommend their service.

They were able to provide us a scooter from the hotel right away since the one we reserved with another company fell through. The next day we went to childrens museum and the scooter wasn't working and I called they came within 30 min replaced it with a bigger one and then said they would bring the one to take apart . Chris was awesome he didn't want us to go out of our way to go downstairs and the phone service was t working. He said he would have the security find us. He came upstairs and brought the replacement. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. Offered to be called if we needed anything else. Very great service
