I had to rent a scooter for a day at Disney for my recently disabled brother. I had the good fortune of getting Andrew from A Scooter 4 U on the phone. Andrew made everything easy, and gave us specific instructions on how to pick up and drop off the scooter. Prior to picking up we had some unfortunate medical issues and had to cancel the scooter. Fast forward to hours later we were determined to get my brother to Disneyland, and I called and got Andrew on the phone again. Andrew had the scooter sent back to us, and we were back on track! Top notch Customer Service, and at a great price!! Thank you to Andrew and his exceptional team!! You saved the day!

The scooter was a vacation saver! My interaction with Anthony via phone, text and in person were professional and pleasant. The unit was delivered and picked up on time at our convenience. It was clean, well maintained and the battery lasted all day/night. Our scooter included a front basket and headlight while many other rentals did not. We will use this company again on our next visit. Thank you Anthony!!!

I had a deep muscle strain in my calf on the first of the year, and I'd hoped to be fully recovered by the time my Disneyland trip came around on the 13th. The Thursday before the trip, it became clear that would not be the case, so I took a look at what mobility devices were available. I found A Scooter 4 U on Google. Despite being fairly short notice, they were able to accommodate my request with ease. The reservation process was easy and my scooter worked all day every day throughout my 3 day trip. They made the return very simple (all I needed to do was leave the scooter in the hallway in front of my hotel room and give them my room number). My one piece of constructive criticism is that the drop-off procedure could have been communicated a little more clearly. Once they arrived though, the actual handoff and quick tutorial for driving the ECV was excellent and I was very grateful they were able to do the drop-off the night before so I could just wake up and go the next day.

Our scooter arrived to us with duct tape, a wobbly front handlebar, and arm rests that felt poorly attached. Then our scooter quit working 2 days into our 4 day trip. The "gentleman" on the phone was nothing but rude, condescending, and impossible to work with. He said it was a fluke. That it wasn't happening. Would not bring us a replacement scooter. He was rude to my mom on the phone and telling her our scooter didn't have any issues at all. 0/10. Would not recommend.

They promised to deliver by 6:30-7am i was waiting and ended up without a scooter as we were let into disney before the delivery guy got to me. Which is why i made it ckear that i needed it by 7:00 and they promised me it would be. It wasn’t and my knees and feet paid the price. Book here with caution
