EagleRider Motorcycle Rentals and Tours Palm Springs

Absolutely Loved riding the Mountains around Palm Springs. Got up early rode up into mountains when it was still cool in Palm Springs, the mountains were 70-80 all day long so super comfortable, all day. So many routes to take, Idyllwild and Julian are two top destinations. Amazing fresh pies with ice cream in Julian. Amazing coffee in Idyllwild and the smell of giant pine trees was wonderful.

Great riding in the region. Great customer service at this location. This EagleRider is located in the back of the Harley dealer and operated by Belal. I’ve had a lot of success calling up and working out a plan for renting a motorcycle. All Harley’s. During summer and early fall/late spring, a great ride is from Banning to Idlywild to Julian, with a side stop at Palomar Observatory.

Easy and fun to rent with Eagle Rider. The bike was ready and well maintained. Good to be an Eagle Rider member as it saves us a little $. Our rental manager was the best.

Please read!!! This place is a scam! Although the manager presents himself as a very helpful, my experience was terrible. They did not have the bike I rented and offered me a run down and pretty beat up replacement. After discussing the situation with the manager, he offered a 2024 Street Glide. The bike left me stranded multiple times, but we were able to get it going by removing and re-installing the fuse. Finally, it would not start during our departure from the hotel. Of course, no one at EagleRider responded and apparently they do not have an emergency department. So, after 30 minutes of waiting for a response, we decided to leave the bike at the hotel and rent a vehicle, as we were already running behind schedule and had to catch a flight. In the end, we missed our flight and EagleRider charged $1,800 to pick up the bike, even though it left us stranded. These people are a joke!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!!! Could not get through via Phone or email.

Beware, rent somewhere else!!! Reserved over month in advance, prepaid with threat of losing money if cancelled too late. Show up, manager is not there. Says he cancelled my reservation by email!!!? Who does that? No call, email went to spam. So I'm at their location with a friend who is dropping me off. Flew to Palm Springs for a motorcycle trip that I had to cancel and hotels I paid for. Although they'll charge you for late cancellation. They won't apply any lost travel fees for you. This is the worst company renting motorcycles. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Horrible customer service. Arrogant manager and absent leadership. They erased my previous post because they're scam artists.
