I have been using SS going on 2 years. It’s very convenient when needed. We meet outside of Knotts for pickup and drop off. Everyone who has helped me out are very accommodating and friendly. My go to contact that knows me is Chris. He takes care of me every time, thank you! I will continue to do business with them.

This company is the BEST! Chris, who owns the business, went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience renting my scooter. We chose to stay at the Embassy, Suites in Anaheim--orange, State College Blvd (very good experience there as well!) because they cover the cost for you to ride the ART bus to and from disneyland for free and they allow companies to drop off their scooters to the front desk.So you get it before you even arrive to the hotel. That was great news.However, when I called the scooter companies around the area, everyone said they wouldn't deliver to that hotel. (I guess because it's just a few miles away from Disneyland, which is ridiculous.) But when I called Soaring Scooters, Chris assured me immediately that they will deliver to my hotel, and they did! The company's owner personally dropped off the scooter and picked it up later when our trip was over. There was absolutely no stress for me and no effort on my part to get it, which was awesome. Soaring Scooters is very affordable in price --much cheaper than renting one from disneyland-- and he threw in extra freebies like a water bottle holder. The scooter that was dropped off to me was brand new and it kept its full charge the ENTIRE day at Disneyland every single day that we were there, and it never even went down even one bar!! (Of course you do have to remember to charge it at night and also to turn it off whenever you're not using it so that it saves power). Chris was also very quick to assure me that if there were any issues with the scooter not working while i'm at Disneyland that he would be on call to come and give me another one that would work. But we had absolutely no issues!! I cannot recommend this company enough! Side note: I had an original trip planned and paid for the scooter in advance and then we ended up having to reschedule our trip for months.later and Chris still worked with us and gave us a credit so when we were ready to take the trip, I called him to reschedule the scooter delivery and he delivered it just as promised with no issues. He is also very communicative if you text him when you're using the scooter.

Chris and Marty took very good care of us. They delivered directly to our hotel the night before and picked up the day after we needed the scooter for Disney. They were responsive, accommodating, and committed to their word for our reservation. It was very decently priced too! The scooter battery lasted all day (as they promised) & was in good condition. Only detail was that the headlight didn't work for nighttime use, but otherwise, the scooter ran great! Highly recommend and will likely use again.

Delivery and pickup with no issues. They didn’t leave a charger so I had to call and request it, arrived later that day. So make sure you get delivery early enough in case you need to call them. Scooter was powerful and no major issues. The light on my machine didn’t work at all. The seat lock wasn’t working so my chair kept swiveling on every turn. The arm rest screws were loose so the arm rest went too far back and clipped people walking by. The steering column felt like it would snap off, had to tilt It downward because I couldn’t find any way to slide the chair forward. They didn’t provide any instructions for the chair so you have to call them for everything and they don’t always answer the phone. Seems like they don’t check these machines when they return them, seems like they just send them directly to the next customer. FYI the larger unit is wider and longer so it’s too long to do a perfect 180 in Disney queue lines. Forces you to do a 3 point turn and that happens a lot. If you don’t need the extra power, don’t bother with the larger unit.

This business has horrible customer service and scooters that should have been replaced years ago. The first scooter they brought me had pieces of the from fender missing. I spent a few hours in downtown Disney and the battery was dead. I had to push it back to my room. Today I leave and my airport shuttle is nearly here. They have yet to show up. We had to call them. They are currently nearly 20 minutes late. If you want a quality working scooter, and prompt pick up drop off look somewhere else. I really wonder how this poorly managed business stays afloat . When I asked why they were late, when we booked the reservation it clearly states it must be picked up at a specific time, he told me they only schedule pickups 30 min prior to pickup. Then why do they list the pick up time on the reservation.
