Venice Boardwalk Bike Rental

The guys in charge were very helpful. I was lugging my carry-on and they didn't hesitate about watching it while I biked. Both were very friendly. They later gave me some suggestions for a place to eat.

Easy experience, and better rates than other rental places in Santa Monica and Venice! (Perry's was $45/day, Ray's was $35/day, and this place was $28) ... Got a beach cruiser, nothing fancy, but it worked well and came with a basket and a lock so I could lock it up whenever I wanted to hop off.

Super friendly stuff, fast handling, fair price (20$ for 2h). Highly recommend 😎

It was very fun riding bike around the beach. The bike cost us $10 per an hour. There was an extra $10 fee if you left the bike at another spot, so we came back in an hour. A great way to explore beauty of beach in LA in a short time. Relaxing and fun.

Be careful – they took a photo of my passport without proper explanation. I rented a bike here and they required a credit card as a deposit, which is fine. But they also took a photo of my passport and didn’t give a clear reason. When I returned the bike, I asked them to delete the photo, and they said they would – but they didn’t show any proof and didn’t seem professional about it. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially as a traveler. I do not recommend leaving your passport information here unless they change their policy and handle customer privacy more responsibly.
