I drove from Georgia to here, just to try out electric scooters, as there aren't many places to try them. I tried out two I was interested in, without calling ahead, but I reccomend calling ahead, just to check the models available. Staff was friendly and helpful, and didn't try to upsale me, I did it to myself. I would come again, if I lived in the area. I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

Had issue with rear tire. Kept leaking after 3 plugs. Went to the shop and AJ, Angel and Edgar had me back on the streets same day. Thank you for helping me out. If you buy in store you get a discount.

I took my scooter in twice to be repaired. The first time I took it home and nothing was done to fix the problem. I just collected it a second time and they charged me for the same repair and claimed I must have broken the scooter taking it home in the car. I had to pay twice in the end to get me scooter back

Purchased an Inokim OXO from these people, an almost 3000$/40MPH scooter and received it without any brake fluid in the hydraulic brakes (no brake function at all) Did some research and seems they have received complaints about this before, how is it still happening? Where is your quality control and customer care? You'd think a reputable company would want to avoid a possible lawsuit? Maybe they're waiting for a customers death to act on this? Avoid Fluidfreeride for your own safety! Will be recommending anyone I know to stay away from Fluid Free Ride Since this review seems to have gathered much interested I thought I’d post an update for those interested. Hydraulic fluid issue was resolved following week by local Inokim shop for a cost of 40$ March 31 front motor stopped working, cost 467$ to replace at Inokim dealership even though Inokim claims to have a 1 year warranty. July 2 folding mechanism snaps while in motion, causing the stem to partially fold down and resulting in a crash while operating the scooter on the street.

Bought my wolf Warrior 11 plus on 2021. No issue. The battery died on March 2025. So, I purchased a supposedly “brand new” $1000 battery to replace it. Bought it on beginning of March 2025, and on mid November. The battery died just like the original one. Called Fluid free ride few times and no answer, so decided to email them. Got a text message from them saying they will take 1 - 2 business days to get back to me. Took them about 4 - 5 days before answering my email. They said the warranty for the battery does not apply because the battery would naturally deplete. My question is “so why my original battery lasted me 5 years before dying?” The supposedly new battery had a label that says the date they built it which was 2021, same time I bought the scooter. Than means the battery my was either sitting on the shelf for this whole time, or it was used from another scooter and was sold to me as a new one. They said to bring it to a shop that actually work for them and let them diagnose it. And they said if it is the battery. They can guide me on where to get it. That is not even helping me, I can even google it and find the battery myself, I know what is the problem. And I stupidly recommended so many friends to them and I bought many accessories from them as well. As from now, this company is the worst for me. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM or else you will regret. My opinion is, they don’t answer phone calls, so you can leave a message and or email so they can get back to you because they don’t know how to approach to your problem and have no answer for you, and they have to find answers about your situation after you leave a brief message about your problem. And the funny part is the claim they don’t have enough staff, please…. I bought my very first scooter from VORO Motors and my experience was good. Never had a problem. But sold that scooter and bought the Wolf Warrior from these people, which was my worst decision. Again, Fluid free ride is the worst. On sales and services. So, this is how I loss my $1000 on a garbage used/defective battery.
