I highly recommend the shop. We had an amazing, experience from the very begining. Everything was great: the reservation is easy, pick up simple and punctual, and the owner explained us everything about the motorcycle, as well as gave us suggestions for the road. He is very patient and detailed. Our trip with the bike was incredible. If you want to rent a motorcycle in Miami, I am sure will enjoy.

I can't recall the owner's name but renting from him and renturning the motorcycle was pretty solid. I was given great advice on a route to take for a chill ride. It was very enjoyable. Returning the motorcycle was quite smooth and easy. There was no additional or hidden fee's. Originally I tried to rent from RideShare but I kept getting cancles and when I did get a yes, the quality of the bike was questionable for me. I didn't feel safe due to the brake pads being thin and the rotors being warpped. With that being said Miami Motorcycles came to the rescue. I wish you guys had some triumphs but the harleys were decent. I would definately rent from here again.

Even 1 hour to early sven opened the doors for us and patiently explained everything...the bike aso. Sven gave us a recommendation about the route. We were very thankfull bout that. The bike was in great condition, we enjoyed the ride. We had a great day, thx to Sven!👍 Thomas, Austria

DANGER TO LIFE! Pure cash grab at the expense of safety. We were a group of 6 friends renting motorcycles for a trip from Miami to Key West. The online booking process was quick and easy, but everything that followed was an absolute disaster and literally life-threatening. Pickup & Condition: Even though we arrived right on time at 8:00 AM, we couldn't leave the lot until 90 minutes later because the bikes simply weren't ready. The employee then noticed that 4 out of 5 motorcycles had low engine oil. The rental helmets and gloves we received looked filthy and had obviously not been cleaned or disinfected. With the exception of a newer Can-Am, the Harleys were very old and heavily used. On one of the bikes, the check engine light kept turning on and off during the ride. The Accident & Massive Safety Hazards: On our way back to Miami the next day, the rear tire of the UltraGlide suddenly blew out while we were riding on a three-lane highway! The driver of the Can-Am behind him couldn't swerve in time, clipped the UltraGlide, and ripped off his fender. We were incredibly lucky that nobody crashed or got seriously injured. While waiting on the side of the road, we took a closer look at the bikes and made a shocking discovery: The blown tire was over 12 YEARS OLD! The tires on the other motorcycles were also completely bald and below the legal wear limit. That kind of wear doesn't happen during a 320-mile round trip—they knowingly sent us out on the road with completely unsafe, expired tires. Customer Service & Rip-Off: When we called the owner for help, he simply refused to do anything. He wouldn't even organize a tow truck for us, leaving us as tourists from Germany to figure it out completely on our own. Back at the shop, he actually tried to make excuses and blamed us, saying we should have inspected the bikes before we left! He acted like he was going to cover the towing costs and the Can-Am fender out of goodwill. However, as soon as we were back in Germany, he charged us for the full amount of all damages without another word. Conclusion: Terrible customer service, zero vehicle maintenance, and absolutely no sense of responsibility. This place is just trying to make a quick buck off tourists. If you rent here, you are risking your life. Avoid at all costs!
