Scooters 2 U - over night rentals

I will be using Scooters 2 U again when I return to Miami Beach and I will be recommending them to all my friends. They have it all: great prices, amazing customer service, new scooters, AND they drop off and pick up the scooter from your front door! You can travel to any location in Miami Beach and find parking with ease on these scooters. The hotel I stayed at normally charges $40 per night for valet parking; however, because the scooter was so small they allowed me to park it for free during the two nights I had it! Julio was the name of the gentlemen that dropped off and picked up the scooter that I rented. He was extremely professional and polite. He showed me everything I needed to know about their scooter and provided me with information about where to find parking. My wife and I loved the experience and will be doing it again. During the last two hours of our rental we decided to go for a short drive to north beach and back to return the scooter. The belt on the scooter broke and we had pulled to the side of the road. I called Julio and explained what happened. He arrived quickly and traded my scooter with an even newer one. He said that due to the inconvenience, I could have another night with the scooter! I thought I was inconveniencing him, but he made our day. We continued with our trip and enjoying our vacation. Thanks Julio!

First off, what an excellent person the owner of Scooter 2 U is. Very respectful and professional and chill. Literally the best deal/price around and was a very uplifting experience to ride around with my girlfriend on two very maintained (and fast) scooters around south beach! They were both topped off and lasted the whole time we used them, also when we inquired about a possible discount for ordering 2 scooters, he only charged one single deposit of 200 for both scooters instead of charging us a deposit for each one. Very excellent communication when we needed to reach him on the phone, he is very very busy but always picked up the phone and made time for us of we had any questions. Thank you so much for the awesome time Julio, it really made the trip so worthwhile! :)

These people have a scam artist working there. Stole my credit card information and sold it to someone on South Beach. All sorts of charges were popping up on my credit card. I saw them using a Lil Black device that steals the information. And then he asked for my credit card information along with my Social Security number. I thought that was kind of odd for a scooter rental. Please stay away.

Got a 2 day rental and they delivered a small, janky bike. It was all scratched and cracked and could barely fit two people. We brought it to the shop to get a bigger one. Bikes are nothing like the pictures. On the new one, the turn signals didn’t work, the speedometer didn’t work, and the gas gauge doesn’t work. Which is a huge safety issue. We texted the shop right after we left, they read the message and did not answer. In the morning we called and they refused to refund or fix the problem. Not good business or customer service. Definitely a scam and would not recommend.

Went to go rent a scooter from this place and I caught the guy swiping my credit card through a Lil Black machine that Steelz information. We immediately called the police and the guy was arrested. The officer said it was called a skimmer. So glad I saw what happened. Please stay away from these people.
