I emailed SC&S with the particulars, and the reply asked me to call the next day, and provided a direct number and the business hours. I called, spoke to Mr. Beavers directly, and he corrected the issue while we were on the phone. I am appreciative!

I just had to give this terrific company a review on Google. I have bought several scooters from them and every one of my scooters has exceeded my expectations. I have owned 15 scooters from different companies and super scooters has definitely earned my repeat business. The customer service is amazing. Chris has always responded promptly to my questions and has walked me through any issues that I have had. I currently own 3 of the Voltago VT-5 Max and they are great!! My whole family enjoys these well built, fast scooters.

I bought a 1500 watt scooter. The shock snapped as I was riding at 15 miles an hour or more. About a mouth after I bought it. Was the worst fall I ever had. Double check all the parts before you ride! Customer service SUCKS!!🤬 They did send me a brand new one it just took a long time. They give you no option for Speedy deliveries it takes a week 1/2 or 2 weeks to get your parts on the heavier items, small items two-day option. They give you email confirmation on parts that you purchase, comes couple of days later. Some of the parts and material are made from China. Wear all protective gear riding these scooters they are dangerous! If you are ordering from out of this state be patient it will take awhile. Good luck folks👎🏽
