Bike Rental Central Park

KB helped us out and was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable with explaining what stops we would need to get off on to get where we wanted to go. I highly recommend this company if you want to see and learn about New Yorks history.

Its honestly amazing I really recommend. If you’re coming here and want a tour of the city these buses and staff members are so helpful. The staff are so nice and patient with all of the questions, they’re so chill so don’t be worried about anything. Btw shoutout to one of the workers named Sani, he shows amazing attitude towards everything honestly so keep up the good work.

I had such a great experience renting two bikes here! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly — special thanks to Eduard for his great attitude and humor, which made the process even more enjoyable. The prices are excellent, and the bikes were in great condition. Me and my best friend had an amazing ride through Central Park and couldn’t have asked for a smoother, faster, and more reliable service. By the way - it is located just steps from the park, this place is super convenient — highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York!

Bike Rental Central Park set us up with the BEST pedicab operator, Ruslan. The pedicab is electric assisted and seats up to three people. The wonderful breezy ride through the park would have been enough, but Ruslan clearly loves the park and offered terrific commentary as well. Now that we’ve had this overview we look forward to returning to rent bikes.

The person who came up to ask for the review was lovely though and the tour itself was good. Bus needs an upgrade as it was pretty dirty, the floors etc and there was rubbish on the seats.
