Eric Hunter in Service did a a phenomenal job with his communication and execution to fulfill multiple warranty repairs on my unit. There were multiple challenges along that way that required bilateral communication between the manufacturer, Motorcycle Mall and myself. Eric did a great job making sure all concerns were addressed. Eric also was very accommodating during the process to help with optimize the timeline. I appreciate him taking the time to explain the process and help me understand the scope of the work.

I had an excellent experience at Motorcycle Mall in Belleville purchasing my new 2026 Honda CRF450RL. From start to finish, the whole team made the process smooth, easy, and stress free. Johanna, my salesperson, was amazing knowledgeable, patient, and helpful even down to loading the motorcycle into my pick up truck. She answered all my questions and really took the time to make sure I felt confident about everything. She also worked hard to get me a great deal on the bike, which I really appreciated. I bought a new 2024 Kawasaki Vulcan900 last year from them. Last weekend I experienced the front end death wobble I've always heard of. After examining my bike I found my front axle nut completely loose in my fingers. I made a service appointment after torquing it to specs and they kept me there from 10am to 1pm. 3400 miles on this bike and they had the nerve to charge me because I didn't give them the opportunity to fix it by bringing it in for my 600 mile oil change. I received the bike back with oil drops and fingerprints. They took no responsibility for almost killing me
