He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us choose the perfect bikes, and made sure we were comfortable before heading out. Me and my fiance had a fantastic experience renting and using the ebikes here. Can't say enough good things and absolutely would recommend & use them again. We were able to cruise through all of Central Park twice and had time to stop and take pictures with a 2 hour rental

The staff was so nice and even gave us directions and recommendations. We ended up doing two loops around Central Park, then rode all the way across and back over the Brooklyn Bridge! These scooters are the best way to explore the city in a short amount of time, and it’s nice to give your feet a break from walking. Book through Groupon for cheaper prices!!

What a great experience!! The e-bikes were in great shape and was perfect for our ride around Central Park with our 3 year old. The trailer was so much fun for him he absolutely loved it! I’m not sure if the guy working was the owner, but he was a delight to work with!
