a little background info first from a long time Vespa rider ... I live in Clinton Hill and was in need of some basic maintenance of my 2006 Vespa. As the authorized dealer is literally down the block from me, I went to Vespa Brooklyn. Upon entering, I was met with such hostility that I simply turned around and left. As I had previously done the maintenance myself, I was concerned to not use an authorized dealer, so within a few days I opened a service ticket on the Vespa Brooklyn website. Other than an acknowledgement that the ticket was opened, there was no follow-up. So, as I found both of these experiences peculiar, I reached out directly to Vespa. They promptly replied, "They should be reaching out to you to schedule a service appointment for your Vespa." Within minutes I received an email from Vespa Brooklyn that stated the following, "our service department only works on models from the last 10 years, so we won’t be able to assist with your 2006 Vespa GT200". During this time, I had asked around for a recommendation of where to take my Vespa. By and large I heard only good things about Scooter Bottega. I opened a service ticket with them and promptly got the following reply, "Currently closed for week and re open Tuesday 18th Feb. Can receive the Vespa then." This. Five Stars. because they get it. They are very professional! They do honest work and I didn't mind paying more for what needed to be done to my vespa. I brought my vespa to them because someone was trying to steal it and broke the steering wheel ect. They fixed everything. On top of that I ordered service and they changed everything and found big issues with my transmission which they fixed. Issue with my transmission was that it was underwater which I can understand since I bought it used from someone who lived close to ocean I believe it was during a sundy storm it got all flooded. So my transmission was ruined and they were able to replace it with a used one in good condition. They checked everything and fixed. I feel 100 percent safe with these guys. They are honest and hardworking business. All the repairs take time and knowledge and aren't cheap but are well done and professional and I believe price is fair. Im glad I found them and I care about business like this. I like to support people like this and their business. Keep up the good work and thank you!!!

Terrible experience in this place called workshop, you give them the confidence to take your motorcycle to solve your problem and better to solve them create more problems than you had, they charge you because they solved your problem and do not give you a guarantee and then you return for the same problem that they solved and they charge you again, there is no guarantee in their work and a great risk that they charge you more than once, be careful to take your motorcycle to this place.
