Apple Scooter Rental

I unexpectedly had to rent a scooter, and had heard about Apple scooters in the past for Disney. It was late in the evening when I made an online request for the next day. I requested to pick up at the store figuring it would be faster and easier than waiting in the morning. I got a call early and my concerns were addressed. They were able to deliver the scooter early and both the woman on the phone and the driver were very helpful. The scooter lasted all week without needing extra charges during the day. It was also pretty comfortable (as far as the seat had a bit of a cushion). I would definitely use this company and recommend to others if needed.

Went out of their way to bring us the scooter on time and same with pick up. Super friendly and helpful delivery guy texted and called multiple times to make it easy on us. Will use them again.

Renting from Apple Scooters was a great experience. They delivered and picked up the scooter from my hotel. All of the paperwork was completed online. Very easy. Having the scooter to navigate the theme of parks was a very great and necessary experience. I would definitely recommend Apple Scooters to anyone looking to rent a scooter.

We were on vacation & my husband was in desperate need of a scooter now. No one had same day availability except Apple Sccoter Rental. Stephanie was very pleasant, professional and personable. Douglas, the delivery person was the same. My husband loved having the scooter as he was able to enjoy the theme park. He's actually thinking of buying one. We will definitely rent from Apple Scooter our next visit. Great Service!

The people were nice I spoke to Stephanie and another guy. You get what you pay for. They were the most reasonable however the unit i got was worn out. It got us through the parks however you can hear us coming cause it squeaked lol. The canopy we had look like they just plop something up there and it was huge and very worn. It was so bad I had to call them and just ask to return it. That was a extra charge but I wasn't aware that the high back with the canopy was 2 different charges. It wasn't explained like that but they can keep the money. The tires were balled on the front and the seat was very worn out. The new seat they exchange was so worn out it was worse than first. I have photo of second chair very worn out. Overall it got me to point A an B but the other places I research I saw them and there units were nice and wasn't worn out. I will invest next time and go with them. Not bashing this company just had worn out equipment. My honest review.
