Scooter King Orlando

The ecv we rented from ScooterKings was well-priced, so convenient and very efficient for my family. My husband tore a ligament in his foot 6 weeks before our Disney trip, and the scooter quite literally saved the entire trip for us. I’m pretty sure the battery never even got low, and we were all over each park every day we used it. Great customer service, awesome communication. 10/10 recommend.

My parents in their seventies really appreciated having the scooters at Islands of Adventure, our Universal day with our whole family. The company communicates well with the customer, their ordering website is easy, their live chat is great and we really appreciated the discount code too. The only part I got a little bit nervous about was they were a few minutes late delivering. But as I was calling them, they were calling me to say they were two minutes away. Scooter King also rents for single day usage, which Buena Vista Rental doesn’t. We only needed one day. We highly recommend renting “whips” from Scooter King (our teens called the scooters that, because you can whip around on them.😆)

Although I have not used my rental yet, I wanted to leave a review based on the actual rental process. OUTSTANDING! I did it all online, and the site was very user-friendly. The cost was comporable or better to other scooter rental services, and the customer service really made them stand out. I realized after I had rented and paid for my scooter, that I could have used a 15% discount. How did I miss that? So I immediately "chatted" online with a rep to see if I could receive that discount? Mind you, this was around 8pm my time, which was 9pm Orlando time. The response was so fast... almost immediately! And they refunded the 15% discount for me, which showed up on my account within just a few days. With this kind of service, I have no doubt our full rental experience will be excellent, and look forward to or trip! I will be sure to post my after-rental review.

We rented from Scooter King last minute and it was easy and convenient. We were not staying in the Orlando area so a delivery was not an option for us. Scooter King allowed for easy pick up and drop off from their location (be sure to follow their notes about the alternate pick up/drop off location, it was very clear to me — but I can see people missing it). I used the chat many times as we got ready to rent and then had to hold off a few days. The chat agent was quick to respond and helpful! We pickup up the scooter and it easily fit in the trunk of our 4Runner. The tech at pick up was super kind and helpful, showing us quickly how the whole thing worked (though the videos they sent ahead of time via text were very clear!) We rented the 400-lb scooter and it lasted ALL day at animal kingdom and my husband shared it didn’t drop one bar. He loved the ride, felt it was very comfortable, and as the park emptied out he finally got to zoom around and move at a reasonable clip. Ha! We added the rear basket to the rental, which was awesome. Rear basket held our backpack and the front basket held our water bottles. Highly recommend! Thanks Scooter King, you helped my family have a great day!! We will rent again should we need.

My first rental with Scooter King. I really liked the scooter and it was in great condition. It ran without a hitch. I liked the informative texts I received. Great instructions. It was easy to order. My ONLY negative is I needed to meet the driver to get the scooter and for pick up. Which can be difficult in large resorts. Both drivers were super nice and efficient. However, that said I will try renting again for my next trip in March.
