I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Bill and Amy at pinnacle. Bill was so helpful with each step of getting my Bruno lift going. It is a pleasure to do business where the owners care about their customers. I will definitely go back to them when I am ready to purchase a new scooter. Bill & Amy, the owners opened the store in Sept(?)2025. I live very close by and was grateful a few months later when a knee injury made a scooter necessary. Before the scooter I ordered came in, they loaned me a scooter. Bill delivered it to my house and came back later to install a safety flag I ordered. He also had a great large basket that fit in the back that allows me to carry my tote bag for art class and bring my dinner home. They are so delightful and really care that you are satisfied with your purchase. I am extremely pleased with my Pride Go-Go 4 wheel scooter. And I feel very lucky that I was able to buy it from Pinnacle Mobility Scooter in Sun City, AZ. Many thanks to Amy & Bill.

I think 5 stars is way to low! Pinnacle is a fantastic store for anything you may need. Bill and Amy know their business and are so helpful. Great selection of new and pre-owned scooters. I will continue to send business their way. I'm happy to have found a company that truly cares.

Bill refurnished my scooter which was looking fairly ratty. It looks brand new and is a shiny pink. And then delivered it to me. Great shop and awesome owner. I highly recommend them.
