Great scooters! I thought that they would be like the cheap amazon ones for $100 or so but they are so much better and have big tires and suspension! I broke two cheap electric scooters before just with my own weight and tried carrying groceries on the handle bars, this scooter is super powerful and can carry more weight also the battery lasts really long overall I would rent this scooter again you can't beat it for the price even the link scooters are more expensive!

I have been using Moon Scooters for over 3 months now and I am now doing rent-to-own. I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy their services. They communicate well and fast. They are thorough, friendly, and professional. Their scooters are reliable durable. Their pricing is what got me interested plus you can’t get this kind of service when you buy a scooter from Ninebot or whoever. If you can’t beat them, you join them.

My wife and I have been renting from Mo at Vibe/ now MOON Scooters for over a year and have had an absolutely tremendous experience. The new Moon Scooters are fantastic. They have a more powerful motor and battery which equates to a faster ride with no lags in power due to weight, going up hills, low battery etc. It takes off smoothly and accelerates to top speed quickly. This makes us feel safer as we tangle with traffic on busy roads. The hand brake along with the rear motor brake make for reliable and smooth stopping. The scooters feel more durable and sturdy which should equate to fewer, if any, roadside breakdowns. Mo is an honest, fair, hard working business owner who will work with you until he gets it right. We highly recommend Moon Scooter, the company, Mo, the face of the business, and the actual scooters themselves, They are awesome! Amazing place had a problem with my scooter made it super easy to exchange for a different scooter. Extremely friendly great value for the $!

Was a good experience until the scooter split in half. Got a replacememt and paid the monthly fee and rhe scooter shut off and won't resync. I've had to spend 70 dollars in ubers to get to and from work because I can get anyone to help me or answer texts..good luck ever reaching an actual person to talk to. So I paid for a month and have received no days of service going on day 3 and having more money out of pocket due to this
