GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great people who really care about your experience renting their bikes. They were all very friendly and engaging. We rented electric bikes and now we are thinking about buying 2! We had such a great time. We were able to ride far and once on the boardwalk we could just pedal. If you are staying in Ocean Beach, rent these bikes and you won’t need your car and getting up the hills is a breeze!!! We cannot say enough wonderful things about this bike company!

I took my eBike (Motor Goat) to various bike shops around San Diego, and they all turned me away, until I found EZE Ryders. They specialize in eBikes, and can handle BIG ones like mine. Their service department is legit, shout out to Omar and all the guys in the shop. They were super helpful, respectful, transparent, and chill. I'm taking my bike from here on out. Fair prices, too!

If anyone wants to explore OB on vacation or take a day and ride THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Incredible service, very nice workers, and just an all around good experience. I was here in ocean beach for vacation and have never been here before and wanted to explore this part and see what sort of things there are to see. Walking is okay and all but if you want to really explore rent an ebike from #EZE Ryders-San Diego E-bike store. I was able to see 4 times the amount of things you’d be able to see on foot in less than a day. Perfect for planing places and things to do.

We truly enjoyed our day exploring the beach and shops along the coast on e-bikes. They allowed us to cover way more of the city than had we been walking. I would highly suggest you call the shop in advance to make a reservation. We showed up spur of the moment, and although the team was very friendly and accommodating, it would have been fairer to them had we given notice. Great bike shop. Seamless rental process. Seamless experience from booking the rental, delivery of the bikes to our hotel to returning them. EZE Ryders provided us with top quality E Crusers. As mountain bikers from the east coast we had zero experience with E bikes but thought they were the best option for the distance we wished to ride. We rode 31 miles from San Diego Bay to Cabrillo monument and the choice to rent E bikes saved us on those long steep climbs to enjoy breathtaking views. We rode up to Ocean Beach and on to Mission Beach enjoying perfect weather, absolutely beautiful views of the beaches, good food and finally an outdoor farmers market in Ocean beach with the best variety of delicious street food before heading back to return the bikes. We only used about 1/2 the battery for an entire day of riding. This shop was recommended to us by an employee at an E bike rental shop downtown San Diego after asking her about riding up the coast. I’m so glad she did!
