UPDATE 11/2/24: I did hear from Alexis, but unfortunately still waiting on parts all this time later. Im going to pick up the scooter so I can use it while waiting for parts. Will update rating as we bring this service request to a conclusion. UPDATE 10/22/24: Unfortunately I need to update my review from 5 stars down to 2. I had an issue with the breaks and dropped it off to Alexis for warranty repair. I diagnosed the issue already myself (ceased brake caliper piston), dropped it off, and Alexis told me it’s be about 7-10 days estimated. I told him it wasn’t a problem, and if it takes a little longer that okay, just keep me informed so I know what to expect. 10 days have come and gone, I’ve been calling and texting Alexis but no return calls or texts. It’s now been a month, and I still can’t get a hold of him. He’s ghosted me at this point. What was originally a great sales experience has turned into a pretty awful service experience. I mean, if parts are taking a while to come in for example, just tell me and set appropriate expectations for how this gets done, don’t avoid me 😔 ORIGINAL: Alexis is great, and the mopeds are awesome. Finally an electric moped that has a decent driving experience! Been waiting for something like this for years. I look forward to being a repeat customert.

Scammers. Don’t call this number it’s not the store’s. A guy tried to make me pay cash or to his personal account and canceled when I demanded a receipt.
