It is the same company as Europcar, located inside terminal. The parking lot with cars just outside. I got an excellent service there. Highly recommended.

Miguel was awesome, one of the nicest, friendliest guys we met on the trip. Made the rental experience hassle free! We rented a few cars across South America, this was by far the best and quickest experience.

Miguel “Pinzón”is the best!!! 😂 He was very friendly and jokes around but at the same time he does his job very well. I rented a manual car which was very clean and works perfectly and he showed me everything to make our journey smoother. DO NOT GO WITH THIS OPTION!!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!So Aerolineas Argentinas moved up my flight by two hours- when I got to the airport this place is not 24 hours as it says in Google - my reservation is for 12 noon- I wanted the car at 10 am. When they opened they said they did not have any cars but have a partnership with Europcar- Europcar said they have a car and cannot modify my reservation but can offer me a car for 2 hours earlier for $100 USD. My reservation number is 747839579. We ended up waiting the 2 hours - I asked if we can return the car 2 hours earlier but again- was told there can be NO modifications to the Rentacar reservation. I won't do business with either company after this time. DO NOT DO IT

This was the worst car rental experience of my life. We waited 30 minutes just to be helped at the counter. They gave us a car from a different company, which we had to exchange the next day. There was no compensation or goodwill gesture offered. They charged us $300 for a permit to cross the border, which we ultimately didn’t use, and we were unable to get a refund. When we returned the vehicle, there was no inspection, so we simply left the keys in the dropbox.
