Excellent service, very personalized and friendly, from booking to arrival and end of the rental period. I especially want to mention Mr. Alejandro Escobar, who answered all my questions and made everything easy for us to have an unforgettable trip to the Los Lagos Region. Highly recommended!

We were just scammed. We had rented and paid for a Nissan Versa, $550,000 COP. We arrived at the Puerto Montt airport at 6:00 AM, and they were supposed to arrive with the car at 7:00 AM. We called the numbers provided, but no one answered. Finally, a man answered and said they didn't work that early and would arrive at 8:00 AM. At 8:00 AM, they still hadn't arrived or called back; they said they would. We called many times without an answer, or the call was hung up, until they finally told us they wouldn't arrive because the car had been in an accident. We asked what we should do, and they hung up on us. We kept calling, but no one answered. Finally, they responded very aggressively, saying it wasn't their fault, and hung up on us again. They scammed us out of $550,000 COP. They are scammers. Please never rent from them again; they are shameless and unscrupulous. Scammers.

Terrible service!! Don't waste your time, this company doesn't respond and they don't care about anything. Very bad.

Terrible company, terrible service, and terrible customer service. They unilaterally decided to honor the warranty for mechanical damage to the vehicle, damage that was never disclosed in a reasonable timeframe. And now, more than a month after I hired them (and only because I contacted them), they send me photos and supposed records of the damage. They claim the cause was driving on a rural road (in good condition and used by all types of vehicles), when the dislodging of an engine mount is due to prolonged use in poor conditions. The vehicle hadn't even had an oil change, was misaligned, and had chips in the windshield. If you truly want a peaceful vacation, please don't hire this company. Always choose reputable companies with good reviews and customer service.
