Had a great experience renting a 200cc dual sport here. Staff was super friendly, the motorcycle was in good running order, prices were reasonable and clearly communicated up front, and they were super accommodating with allowing us to extend our rental on short notice twice. Price was 150000 COP/day for a 200cc MRX Arizona in December 2024. Highly recommend

I rent the bike Arizona 200cc for 2 days. All has been perfect. The bike was 2024 with no issue and I could visit the “eje cafetero” all around. Thanks a lot to motorental and I suggest 100% this service.

As an English speaking foreigner it was very easy and transparent to hire a bike. The bike is well maintained and 125cc was enough for 2 people to comfortably get around. We went for a trip up to Salento and the road was fantastic.

Very disappointing experience – not recommended Unfortunately, my experience with this motorcycle rental was very disappointing. At the return, I was charged 30,000 COP for cleaning, while the real and common cost of a motorcycle wash in the area is about 20,000 COP. That wat the owners say and This extra charge is not justified and is almost equivalent to a full tank of fuel, which is unreasonable considering that the wash is available just a few steps away from the shop. The motorcycle had several technical issues: rear-view mirrors kept moving while riding, creating a serious safety risk; the rear brake had very little responsiveness; no proper instructions were given for installing the phone holder, despite it being paid separately. Additionally: none of the helmets smelled clean; there were not enough helmet sizes available. When these issues were pointed out, the owner reacted aggressively and claimed that we should have called and that they would have replaced the scooter. This statement was not credible, as there were no other vehicles available in the workshop. In fact, the vehicle was changed at the last minute because: one needed maintenance; another was not allowed to circulate due to license plate issues. Overall, due to unjustified extra charges, poor maintenance, safety concerns, and unprofessional behavior, I do not recommend this rental.
