Excellent service upon vehicle delivery. I highly recommend them.

Everything was excellent, good advice, good support. It's true that the area where the offices are located, in the Suba industrial zone, isn't very friendly, but everything was very safe, the processes were very easy, vehicle verification was simple, delivery was fast, and I'm happy with the transaction.

The worst decision I could have made was buying used cars from Reting. Four months and counting, and nothing. Every week something different happens. They're shameless! They should be serious, even if they were giving something away for free. Those secretaries are useless. They don't give any information at all. I don't know what they're even there for. Be careful, people, don't mess with these people. They're the worst of the worst.

First you call, they make an appointment with a Rodrigo, who shows up every two days, sends me a list of cars, I tell him I want to see some cars, he doesn't show up again, I call renting again, they tell me to speak to Sandra Jimena, I call her, she doesn't answer, I write, she replies to send her the license plates so she can see if the cars are there, and then to this day I haven't read her again. Gentlemen at renting, improve your service, improve your salespeople, these people don't want to sell, or is it that they only sell a few? This service is terrible, I don't recommend you.

It's been over a month since I started the vehicle purchase process. They barely answer messages and always come up with excuses without providing a clear answer about the vehicle's status. Meanwhile, the corresponding payments have already been made and the required documents submitted. The only thing missing is for them to move forward with the purchase. If you're going to buy a used vehicle through a lease, you'll need to be very patient; it's best to avoid all this stress.
